For all Prepaid Account/Credit Card journeys you agree to use Belfast International Airport Taxi Company Ltd web payment system. Belfast International Airport Taxi Company Ltd will bill you the amount agreed at booking plus any additional costs (including Waiting, additional luggage other that what you originally stated at time of booking, additional passengers etc.), unless you cancel the booking in advance. All monies, except the administration fees to Belfast International Airport Taxi Company Ltd (driver), will be paid directly to the driver who completed the journey. Fixed Price fares can be booked and paid for before you arrive, but surcharges will apply if you arrive with more luggage or passengers than you originally stated at time of booking. From UK mainland waiting time may be charged 25mins after your flight lands and 35mins on flights arriving from all other destinations.
Reserving a taxi with us means you join the priority queue and get the next available taxi that becomes available. You must have your reserved confirmation printed and produce to our dedicated taxi co-ordinator.
The quotes are an estimate for the journey reserved. Any extras that occur during the journey will be added to the cost of the original journey quote and depend on vehicle selection, traffic conditions, diversions etc. These journeys and the final price are dictated by a DVA approved/calibrated and sealed meter installed in all our vehicles and by reserving your taxi you agree to pay the meter price directly to the driver.
Surcharges will apply if you arrive with more luggage than you originally stated at time of booking.
Bookings must be cancelled within the following times in order to avoid the cancellation charge. We will refund in full up to 2 hrs before arrival. Less than 2hrs notice of cancellation will receive a refund less £15 administration fee. By placing a booking with us you agree to our terms above and also agree that Belfast International Airport Taxi Company will debit your card by £15 for a cancellation made 2hrs or less from your booked arrival time, regardless of flight delays. Full refunds will be given should your flight be cancelled from your departure Airport.
